Euroterra Bulgaria AD has signed a rental agreement with CB Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD for a period of 10 years with regard to the following immovable property of the company: A ground floor of a four-storeyed building having an area of 246 sq. m and a 435 sq. m yard, located in Plovdiv, 13a P. Evtimiy St. The contract has come into effect on 01.02.2008 and is connected to the usual business activity of Euroterra Bulgaria AD conforming to the scope of business of the company. There are no related and interested parties involved in the deal in view of the POSA.
