Euroterra Bulgaria AD declares its commitment to the National Corporate Governance Code as the Board of Directors will comply with the principles and norms of the contemporary corporate governance laid down in the Code in its future activity.
The company shall disclose thorough information in its annual reports about the implementation of the principles laid down in the National Corporate Governance Code and in case of non-compliance the company will reveal information about that.
