Building’s advantages:Plovdiv is the second largest city of Bulgaria after Sofia. The Euroterra Plovdiv Building is located between the pedestrian zone Patriarh Evtimiy and the most central and commercial pedestrian zone of Plovdiv, Duke Alexander 1. It is the trade and business centre of the city. It is 50 meters away from the Town Hall and constitutes the meeting point of cafeterias, restaurants, hotels, shopping centres, etc. This building constituted, for forty years, Plovdiv’s Balkantourist (Bulgarian Tourism Organisation) headquarters.
