Announcment - The first corporate presentation of Euroterra Bulgaria Plc for Greek Institutional Investors finished with great success

After an invitation from EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc on April18th and 19th 2008 in Bulgaria the Greek Institutional Investors Association (AGII) held a public presentation and a visit to the buildings, real estates and the projects of the company in the city of Sofia and Plovdiv where EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc carries out its activities. In the presentation and the visit took part 20 representatives of Greek companies - Institutional investors, mutual funds and portfolio managers. Except for the company's business and future intentions before the Greek investors were also presented the investment climate in Bulgaria, the possibilities for investments in the country as an attractive destination for Greek capitals.
EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc was incorporated in 2003 with Greek capital and since 2005 the company's securities have been traded on BSE - Sofia JSC. Currently the capital of the company amounts to BGN 7 000 000 and its market capitalization is to the amount of BGN 133 700 000 as the company is being traded on Non-official market, segment A of BSE. Main spheres of the company's activities are construction, acquisition and management of real estate; real estate trading brokering services and consultations; provision of services and investments in the construction field as well as any other services related to the management and technical maintenance of real estate. Currently the land acquired by the company amounts to 122 850 sq.m. and 14 120 sq.m. with construction right and is located on strategic places in the two biggest cities in Bulgaria - Sofia and Plovdiv. In 2008 25 500 sq. m. residential and 15 355 sq. m. commercial area will be under construction and within the following three years it is expected that 120 000 sq. m. will be built.

The Road Show held in Sofia, is the beginning of a series of forthcoming company's public events intended for investors. By the middle of June, 2008 EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc has planned to hold a Road Show for Bulgarian investors where to present the company's investment program for 2008 - 2012.
