Employee Pay & Benefits
Euroterra Bulgaria aims to reward its employees with competitive salaries relative to the relevant local market and the opportunity to earn more through bonuses. There are also further benefits entitlements including company pension schemes, staff discounts and discounted goods and services among other things.

Health & Safety
The health and safety of our employees is a key priority for Euroterra. We have established a Health & Safety policy which is approved by the Board and has been adopted group-wide. From 2009 Euroterra Bulgaria will prepare a report providing details on health and safety issues and a progress update on improvements. Relevant health and safety information will form an integral part of an employee's induction procedure. In addition, all our facilities will have active health and safety committees which will meet regularly under the co-ordination of our Group Health & Safety Manager.
