With reference to the initiated second buy back procedure of own shares of EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc. Based on a resolution of the company’s Board of Directors as of 10.02.2011, we would like to announce that in February, 2011 EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc has bought back 12 000 company’s own shares at the average price of BGN 2.28 per share.
The total number of the own shares hold by EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc by 28.02.2011 is 513 315 shares at the average price of BGN 10.47 per share.
