Based on a resolution of the company’s Board of Directors as of 10.02.2011, we would like to announce that in March, 2011 EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc has bought back 1129 company’s own shares at the average price of BGN 2.03 per share.
The total number of the own shares hold by EUROTERRA BULGARIA Plc by 31.03.2011 is 514 444 shares at the average price of BGN 10.45 per share.
